With more than a decade of experience in Customer Success, account management, and strategic relationship building, I specialize in helping organizations strengthen customer relationships, improve retention, and drive long-term growth.
Throughout my career, I’ve worked across SaaS and service-based industries, partnering with clients ranging from mid-market businesses to enterprise organizations. My work focuses on creating thoughtful customer experiences through onboarding, adoption, operational improvement, and trusted partnership development.
In addition to relationship management, I’m deeply interested in Customer Success Operations and scalable enablement strategies. I enjoy building processes, improving workflows, developing cross-functional systems, and leveraging technology and AI-driven solutions to create more efficient, consistent, and impactful customer experiences.
Beyond my corporate career, I’m also an entrepreneur and community organizer. I founded H&P Properties Company Ltd. in Toronto and currently lead the Hamilton Vintage Society, where I bring people together through events, collaboration, and shared creative experiences.
